How to activate USERS CAL on windows server 2019 STD

Hi everyone . 

We (The company which I work for ) purchased Windows server 2019 license along with 5 users CAL . 

After activating the OS successfully I activated also the server license . It went well . However when I want to activate the users CAL I asked to enter some numbers/Latters which I don't have anywhere . With the server we purchased we got the following : 

• Win server 2019 STD installation DVD 
• Product key for windows server 2019 STD
• Something called "ADDITINAL LICENSE"  X 2 (I'm not sure even what it is ... explanation would be nice)
•  Client Access License 

I read online DELL/Microsoft had to email us the key to activate the CAL but we didn't get anything else other than the above . Should I contact DELL reseller which we got the server and CAL from and ask them to send it to me ?
