E1231 - PowerEdge T605 - 3 Motherboards all same error?
I've taken the machine to base config on 3 different motherboards, all 3 have the exact same error "E1231 1.2V HTCORE PwrGd and E123B Vldt PwrGd"
This post said it was the motherboard but I highly doubt 3 boards have the exact same error unless this is a very common error. I've tried move around and switching the power supplies, using one of the two proc's I have (2 opterons) and I have 32GB of Ram (8x4GB) and have switched them out and used KNOWN good RAM.
I'm at a loss, I called support but they wanted to charge 300 dollars for a one time TROUBLESHOOT...Any help will be MUCH appreciated.

Hello
The power distribution board on the T605 is not integrated into the system board. If you have already replaced the power supply units and the system board then the PDB would be the next likely component.

I replaced the MOBO, RAM, Procs, PSUs, and Distribution board. After all those, she powers on, but the board I have doesn't show video. I don't have a video card that is compatible on hand, but, the machine powers on and stays on which is new.
(Side Note: Can you upgrade this machine to dual 6 core Opterons? (Opteron 2435)

I do not show any supported 6 core CPUs for the T605.
Every time you introduce new hardware to the system there is a potential to introduce a new issue. I would avoid mass part replacement if possible. The new issue could be a video problem with the system board. You should start over with troubleshooting this as a new issue.
