DEL-ESXi-700_15843807-A00 (Dell Inc.) can support PERC H755 Front Raid Mode
Hi Dell,
I have a PowerEdge R650xs server
running esxi version DEL-ESXi-700_15843807-A00 (Dell Inc.)
Current Raid Card: PERC H755 Front
I am running 2 single disks on the server and have 6 extra slots to add more drives, can I buy 6 more drives to attach to the server and configure the raid for that server, will Esxi receive the drives? Please advise Dell.

Hi,
you can add 6 more drives to your PowerEdge R650xs server and configure a RAID array. The PERC H755 will manage the drives, and ESXi will then see the resulting RAID volume. However, the specific RAID level you choose will impact performance, data redundancy, and capacity.
