Unable to log into the OS, unknown password
I'm helping a small business with their server, a Dell Power edge T320. I recently replaced the CMOS battery and it lost all the settings within the BIOS. I was able to restore the BIOS settings to what they needed to be for the server to boot up properly. In the process we may have lost data but I'm not able to view anything. Now the issue I'm having is they do not know the password to log into the OS. Someone mentioned about using the Windows Server ISO to recover. However, this small business no longer has the windows server iso CD or USB. Is it possible to download the ISO from this link? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/download-windows-server-2012-r2-essentials
It's not the original and I don't want to replace the OS. I don't want to lose anymore data if I can. However could I use the ISO from Microsoft's website to get to the recovery part? And not install the OS?
Is there anyway to access this server any longer if we can't get past the admin password for the OS.

Pointerguy,
We are not permitted to assist in bypassing or circumventing of any security measures of the OS, so I believe the best option would be to reach out to Microsoft directly.
