T640 PCIe NVMe Extenders?

Hi, Can someone please verify which Dell models of the "PCIe NVMe Extenders" are supported in Dell's T640?  There are several models of these boards and IDK which one is correct? (0235NK, 03CVRN, 01YGFW).  From what I can tell, only the first two were ever supported in the T640 while the 01YGFW is only supported in the R640, R740, R740XD and R940.   All 3 are Gen 14 PCIe NVME extenders with 2 x SFF-8654  (8i) on the rear of the board. 

Also are there any online references where we can look the officially supported part # like per above for Dell server models?   If I use the Service Tag, I really only get the factory BOM.
