How to setup win 11 with S150 RAID

I have a server Dell PowerEdge t150 and s150 raid. My computer configuration includes one 480 GB SSD and two 960 GB SSD. I want to install the Windows 11 operating system on a 480 GB drive. I have two 960 drives with raid1 configuration to save data. How can I do that? Please guide me step by step. Thank you!

Hello,

I'll first mention Windows 11 is not supported on the T150

Your PowerEdge T150 supports these operating systems:

If you want to try to install Win11 you may try supplying the WS2022 S150 driver:

Windows Server 2022 64bit driver for PERC S150 Controller

https://dell.to/4cD4jcM

Download ZipPack External, extract, put on thumb drive and supply when prompted for storage driver.

Make a RAID0 of the single 480G

Set the S150 to RAID mode and UEFI boot mode:

<F2> System BIOS > SATA Settings

Embedded SATA set to RAID mode

<F2> System BIOS >Boot Settings

UEFI Boot Settings set to UEFI
