Dell PowerEdge T150 Server

Have Want Buy T150 Server Does It support Raid Configuration With Two Different storage type i want to create 2  Arrays One with  2 Two 2Tb hdd And One with Two 512gb ssd

The S150 indeed would be an option , as seen here.

I wasn't sure on the OS you were wanting, and the S150 supports only specific OS's, as seen here.

The T150 indeed would support having a HDD virtual disk, as well as an SSD virtual disk as well. I would suggest doing so with a hardware controller like the H355 or H755, which would allow both virtual disks.

Onboard raid controller is it possible
