R940 ,can we mixe standard RAM 128Gb with OPtane 256Gb , same speed ?
Hi , accourding dell documets , OPtane RAM Can Be mixed with normal Ram , my question is can be mixed 128Gb with 256GB ? If yes , how many and what to change in BIOS if needed ?

Hello,
Intel Optane persistent memory (PMem)
Each system must contain only one capacity of PMem.
So you cannot mix 128GB with 256GB PMem capacities.
Also Mixing PMem operating modes (App-direct, Memory mode) is not supported.

Hello,
If you are building out a system configuration I would recommend contact Sales directly work with them to make sure it gets spec. out correctly. We don't build out new systems from the forum.
