Poweredge T340 fails to boot after being dropped
I got 2 T340's from the workplace after we replaced them and brought them home. I accidentally dropped one while setting it up. It worked fine after dropping it on that day, but a few days ago, it just died. It seems to be booting into failsafe mode according to the system info LED. I need a way to reset the iDRAC 9 password, as I can't access the BIOS or operating system since it doesn't boot, so I can't reset it from there. I have physical access to the motherboard and all of that. The sticker with the password is missing, so we don't know that.
When I try to boot it, the fan spins up for a second or two before going off again with the system powering off.
I attached footage of the system trying (and failing) to boot.

Hello,
The error VLT0204 is:
System hardware detected an over voltage or under voltage condition.
If multiple voltage exceptions occur consecutively the system may power down in failsafe mode.
Recommended Response Action:
Do the following: If any recent hardware was added to the system, please remove it to see if that resolves the problem.
Next you can try the steps below and check results after each:
drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed). After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in, then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.
Check results
Clear NVRAM - there is a map under the lid to show the jumper location. Shut down, Set jumper to the Clear position, power on and Post up to the jumper error, shut down and return jumper to original location.
Check results
