Installation of RAID controller on the PowerEdge R6525

Dear Dell Team,

Could you please assist me in determining how to replace our current controller Dell HBA355i with the H745 RAID controller in our PowerEdge R6525? <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

What is the part number for the H745 RAID controller so we can order it online? Do we need to replace the cables as well, considering we are switching from the HBA355i to a RAID controller?

Are there any additional components we need to order to ensure a proper installation? Please advise if it is a CRU component.
