Hello thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community.
I'd say you replace the B3 memory. (to see if the memory has an issue)
You can also try swapping test with the slot A3 memory. (to see if the slot has an issue)
Let us know how it goes.
Respectfully,

Hi
we have tried all types. One RAM is ok but when we put second CPU the error come on B1 slot and with more than 2 RAM every time we get error on different DIMM slot, like B1, B3.

Hi,
Then I would first suspect a motherboard failure due to the 2nd processor channels.

Hello,
It looks like the 5600 MT/s DIMMs are not compatible with 4th gen. Xeon but are for the 5th gen.
For the 4th gen you can use 4800 MT/s, 4400 MT/s, or 4000 MT/
Memory Specifications: Page 40
System memory guidelines: Page226
NOTE: 5600 MT/s RDIMMs are applicable for 5th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors.
