Dell R7525 Motherboard LED No post no video after IDRAC Initializing

Question

Have followed all the troubleshooting steps for min post requirements and it always gets to the IDRAC is initializing screen and after that the video source disappears and wont go any further, I have 2 solid led lights on the motherboard on  DS0 DS3 leds cant find a source anywhere on what they mean except here

I would check below troublesoohting steps. Please only take action if you feel comfortable to do that.

Make sure each CPU is properly seated, supported by the motherboard/BIOS, and receiving power.

Ensure modules are correctly seated, matched, and installed in the proper slots.
Clear NVRAM: Use onboard jumper or remove battery to reset BIOS settings.
Minimum Configuration (“Min POST”):
- 1 CPU in socket 1
- 1 DIMM in the first slot
- No peripherals or add-on cards
- Only necessary power supplies
If the system still hangs at IDRAC initialization with DS0 + DS3 ON, it likely indicates a motherboard level fault.

Okay I have already tried doing what you have said and it still wont go past IDRAC so I guess time for a new motherboard thanks
