Dell PowerEdge R740 No Longer Boots – Critical RAID Controller Message
Hi everyone,
I have a Dell PowerEdge R740 that has stopped booting into Windows. When I log into the Lifecycle Controller, I see an option labeled "PERC Driver Health Protocol Utility.". Clicking on it gives the message, "Critical Message Handling Completed."
<Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to proceed? See screenshots below for more details.
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
in this case it seems a failure on the PERC.
Can you try to remove all hard drives and try to physically reseat PERC card after having power off the server?
Thanks

@DELL-Marco B You're right—the PERC failed and had to be replaced with an identical one from a less critical server.
