hello i face a problem with install new windows operating system i have dell PowerEdge r320 the USB didnt appear and no media

Was the USB prepared with the Microsoft tool?
EG: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10
Is the machine set for Secure or Legacy boot?
Realistically we need more info as to the process you followed, and what is the end result you need.
