@DELL-Charles R
Thank you for your prompt response.
Upon further investigation, we identified that the root cause of the blue screen issue was related to the chipset driver. To address the problem effectively, we followed the below steps:
Uninstalled the GPU Driver:
The GPU installed in the PCIe slot via the riser card was removed from the system by uninstalling its driver.
Updated Chipset Driver:
We then proceeded to update the chipset driver to the latest available version provided by the manufacturer.
Reinstalled the GPU Driver:
After the successful chipset driver update, the GPU driver was reinstalled.
Following these steps, the system has been stable and no further blue screen errors have occurred.

Hello,
I'm sorry to see you have a blue screen error: bus 2 device 0 function
The function number is missing. If you could take a screen shot and attach to the post it may help.
You may also review this page for troubleshooting Blue Screen errors:
How to Troubleshoot Blue Screen or STOP Error Code on a Dell Computer
https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000123379/how-to-troubleshoot-blue-screen-or-stop-error-code-on-a-dell-computer
Was anything being done in the R7960 when this issue started?
Any updates being applied?
Any hardware added or removed?
Do you have a known good backup in case you need to restore?
Initially I can recommend try a flea power drain and also check in the LifeCycle Controller (LCC) log for any entries related to the error.
To drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed).
After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in.
Then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.
To view the LifeCycle controller log, boot to <F10> and review the LCC log.
