Unable to boot Optiplex 7080 from USB
I am trying to boot an Optiplex 7080 from a USB stick to install Windows 10.
I cannot figure out how to get the 7080 to recognize the USB drive as bootable.
I have installed the drive using the Windows Create Media tool (MBR?) as well
as using Rufus to install a bootable image (GPT?). What am I missing?

With the Windows installer USB plugs in, upon powering up the 7080, constantly tapping F12 (about twice per second) until you see a message on top right corner. preparing one time boot menu. You will see the USB drive under one of boot option. You can select and it should boot from the USB.

Only needed to hit F12 once. But my issue was that I did not recognize the USB device as a USB device.
Once I tried that, everything proceeded as expected. Thanks!
