PSU and GPU questions 7010 i5 13th gen MT+

I am UK based and parts seem to be very hard to get.

I think I need to upgrade to a 500w PSU to run a second hand RTX 3060 TI card which I can source online.

Buying the PSU is another matter. I think I have a found one I can ship from China. A TPX56.

Can anyone confirm if my PC will accept these two upgrades?
