I have problem Windows not detecting Sound Blaster AE-7 on Optiplex 7080 and OptiPlex 3060SFF
OptiPlex 3060 Small Form Factor
I installed sound card already, bios check was found PCIe installed. But not found on Windows 10 and Windows 11. I try to install and remove driver many times. but not found.
someone have any issues like this?How to fix it??

@Singha_TH This page at Techcult may help. Also this thread at Reddit has more information. From some of the posts I have seen it may be an issue with not enough power supplied by the PSU.

Are you using the Dell or MS driver or the SB Command driver from Creative?

@JOcean I use for SB Command driver Sound Blaster Command for Windows
File Name: AECMDMasterInstaller_3.4.92.00.exe

@JOcean I'm not sure for power not enough too, thanks for helping me. I'll ask Dell support again
