CMOS Battery Replacement for Optiplex 7070 Ultra
I need to replace the CMOS battery in my 7070 Ultra. I have bought 2 different batteries from Amazon that claim they are direct replacements, but the pigtail plug is not correct. Is there a part number for this exact replacement?
As a side note, is there a place I can find a parts list for Dell PCs that isn't as confusing as the support website's 'product specifications' page?
Thank you.

Dell part 8MXT6
Our users out here can also assist in finding Dell part numbers. But no, there is not a public list of every part.

good idea to measure the Dell battery plug to know the pitch before order replacement
