Integration icon is missing from VC client

Hi All
I've just installed Integration for VC - imported the OVF, installed the VIB package etc.

Hosts credentials for both iDRAC and ESX are succesful.

YES, I can see the plugin icon in the WEB client but NOT on the C# client.

I just installed a new VC farm. on the old one I used to see the icon on the client and also i used to have the DELL tab when the ESX host is selected. this provided me the ability to access the hardware and manage the RAID and other stuff.

can someone please advice on this
