SupportAssist FAQ - Outdated Information for SA v3.x
The SA (SupportAssist) FAQ pinned at the top of the SupportAssist for PCs board was updated today but still includes clean reinstall instructions for the outdated SupportAssist v3.12.x released in October 2022., including a broken link to the unsupported MS .NET Runtime v6.0.9. There is also a link to DELL-Chris M's 03-Apr-2018 topic SupportAssist uninstall/reinstall that was originally posted back in the days of SupportAssist v3.x that may no longer be relevant.
It would be helpful if one of the Forum Mods could review that FAQ and ensured that links are relevant for the current SupportAssist v4.x. This might include links to:

It might also be useful to mention that MS .NET Desktop Runtime v8.0.x. (available at https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0) is the current prerequisite for SupportAssist v4.8.x.

Thanks for the revisions, but I would still suggest completely removing the installation instructions for the obsolete SupportAssist v3.12.x from the SA (SupportAssist) FAQ . Those old v3.x instructions are listed in the section of the FAQ titled "SA fails to install, workaround" (see image below).
The links in those instructions to the MSI and MSP installers for v3.12.x (e.g., https://dl.dell.com/serviceability/catalog/SupportAssistx64-3.12.3.5.msi) are broken, and the old SupportAssist v3.12.3.5 isn't compatible with Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.x. The .NET Runtimes are not backwards-compatible and SupportAssist v3.12.x specifically required an older MS .NET Runtime v6.0.x that hasn't been supported since 12-Nov-2024.
