(Redirected) dell nightmare
this is becoming a nightmare, Dell originally told me to cancel an order because for some reason there was an error in the shipping part so they apparently cancelled it and made the new order. Now the order that was supposed to cancel says its not cancelable. It is just sitting there in limbo while the 4 other orders went out. Is there a way someone has a good contact number to talk to someone who is not indian and there name is not some advanced support person who does not know anything. Its crazy I never had so many issues with one order. I have probably called Dell 20 times and emailed with no replies.
