(Redirected) Dell inspiron 2330 all in one external graphics card??

Hi, i have Dell inspiron 2330 all in one, and i don't know much about computers, but i bought dell inspiron 2330 thinking it was good gaming pc at least to run modern games like GTA V for example on high settings with at least 30 fps but that wasn't the fact, i can't play anything that is modern not even with lowest settings possible, i was dissapointed for wasting about 2k usd, but i saw people buying external graphic cards and runing it normal on some laptops and i was woundering if that is possible? since i can't change my graphic card because it's attached with the motherboard? if anyone knows please replay, i really don't feel like buying new pc and throwing this away :(.
