How to post new thread, #2

I still have difficulty posting questions to the forum. Is it so hard for Dell to find a simple way for customers to post a thread to the forum? It took me a lot of time just to find the way to post a question. Eventually I made it but I posted it in the wrong column or category. That’s ridiculous! I’m wondering how long it will take Dell to simplify this issue?
