Forum account related issue
I too am having an account related issue, it seems I've been given a new community username and account even though I used my previous credentials to log in. Dell.com displays my account properly however.

We cannot change what email is assigned to what username. If you want to use Elvis7, all we can try is as follows =
I can try to rename Elvis7 to oldaccountElvis7. Then rename Elvis70a33be to Elvis7. But the stats from old account cannot be transferred to the new account.

We on the Forum can only change your Forum username. We cannot do anything with your Dell purchase account data. Do you want me to change your Forum username? If yes, to what?

My Dell purchase data is fine, but I was given a new account when I signed into the forums.
