12 month no interest thing

Just got my financing in the mail and i see about 4-500 in interest charges on it.  I didnt get my laptop yet.  It says in production.  This contract seems like a scam.  It says interest is charged after the first payment is made.

How can I get out of this.  Never buying dell again.
