WIRELESS CONFIGURATION issue
Good day everyone,
Yesterday I got the DELL INSPIRON 15 (INSPIRON 3543) - Service Tag <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
Core i5, 4gb ram.
I got a SSD hard drive in order to speed up the machine and I didn't want to use windows 8, so I installed my copy of Windows 7 ultimate x64.
Since there were no drivers, I downloaded the keyboard and mouse driver as well as the wifi & Bluetooth driver onto my Samsung laptop then I transferred the files onto the Dell and installed them - everything was fine until I started downloading the other drivers (directly from the Dell site). After installing the rest of the drivers I kept on receiving (and I still do) an error message about the wireless configuration - Notification dll has not been registered, program will not work correctly.
I cannot find anything that will help my situation - I tried following the advice I found online for running CMD as admin and typing up a line that would register that dll <-- that didn't work. Apart from that I couldn't find any other solid advice.
I am not very happy as I haven't even had this laptop for 24 hours and already I have two issues. The other issue I have is with a critical windows update - I don't have the KB number on me, but when ever I try to install it, it would give me a blues screen and it would dump the physical memory.
Never mind the memory dump - I need to sort out the wireless configuration issue as the Dell is for my father and he will have a million questions that i cannot answer.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Well, the reason why I don't want Win10 on my pc is because I heard a lot of bad things about it - I do not wish to have bugs on my pc. So I installed the only, currently trusted OS, Win7.
All drivers were downloaded from the dell site, according to the service tag number and the selected OS.
In the meantime it would seem that I managed to sort our the problem by doing the following:
START > ALL PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES > right click the command prompt, select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR --> now follow the below steps:
After the C:\\WINDOWS\sytem32> (some would have something else on the COMMAND PROMPT screen ...... basically no matter what you have, simply start with the step below).
type: space
then type: regsvr32
then type: space
then type: wltrynt.dll
then press: enter
This worked for me - I restarted several times and still haven't had the error come up again.

Why didn't you install Windows 10? What are the hardware IDs?

Did you install the drivers in the correct order? Windows 7, SP1, IE11 and all the offline updates. The Intel Chipset and then the rest of the drivers, see here:
