Hi Mahesh,
Thank you for providing the information.
As per the information provided by you, the chipset and Dell wireless 1702 drivers need to be updated.
Refer to the links below for installing the drivers. The links are
Chipset: http://dell.to/16YPtoq
Wireless: http://dell.to/15nfsFw
You may install the USB 3.0 drivers from the below link if required. The link is

Hi Mahesh,
You may try only the F2 key and not the combination.
Please check if the wireless card is getting detected in the device manager.
If you see any yellow mark or the wireless card is mentioned under other devices instead of Network adapters, please provide the device ID for the wireless card.
You may follow the instructions mentioned below to get the Device ID:
Provide the numbers after VEN and DEV.
Keep me posted with the information. I will be glad to assist you further.

Hi Mahesh,
You may follow the instructions mentioned below to get the Hardware ID for the devices listed under other devices:
Provide the numbers after VEN and DEV. Similarly, try the steps for the ‘Unknown device’ listed.
Also, most likely the wireless card on your system could be a combo card with Bluetooth and needs wireless drivers to be updated for the Bluetooth to function properly.
