Problem in reinstalling wireless drivers

Hello

I need help in installing network drivers. My inspiron 15 3521 is come with windows 8. i recently upgraded it into windows 10 through windows 8.1. After completing upgrade wireless is not working. so I just uninstall all the wireless drivers and i install the new driver for windows 10 from he sort website. i have successfully installed WiFi + Bluetooth driver but while installing Bluetooth driver an pop-u shows ACTIVATE BLUETOOTH USING WIRELESS SWITCH". nothing happens while pressing f2 as well as fn + f2.

And while installing WiFi driver cmd screen flashes and then nothing happens.

both installation fails. Can any one help in this??

you just have to update your drivers. visit the download section and choose the required softrwere

Click the link below to install Windows 10 drivers for your computer. You can install the chipset drivers first and then the other drivers should install correctly. At the link below add your system service tag to get the list of drivers for your computer. In windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10 you would not use the FN+F2 or any other key combination to activate wifi/bluetooth. Make sure airplane mode is turned off and then click on the wireless icon to choose your wifi network.

I was also getting the same error message something like " activate bluetooth by wireless swithc"  , I searched a lot and somewhere I found to try installing first this KB window install "Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2533623)"

After that I could install wifi driver available from Dell site.
