Okay guys and finally i did it
i'll talk about my missing driver which is ( NETWORK CONTROLLER ) i just pressed right click on it ( inside device manager ) then properties , then you choose Details .. instead of Device description open and choose hardware lds then simply copy the 2nd driver name and google it online , you'll find free download thro many web sites ... i just did this and simply wifi is working perfectly now .

medo911,
When you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Dell System Software(if applicable) and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
Start with the Dell System Software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.

medo911,
Download and install in this exact order...
Dell System Software Utility
Intel HM67 Express Chipset Family Driver
Intel Management Engine Interface Driver
Realtek RTS5138 Card Reader Driver
Wistron USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
Then download and install Realtek RTL8111E-VB/RTL8105E-VB 10/100 Gigabit Ethernet Controller Driver
Go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag, click on original configuration. Look and see which wireless adapter is installed. Then go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag, select your operating system, under network, download and install the drivers for your adapter.
Then download and install Dell QuickSet Application
Places to look to see if your Connection is enabled

Amigo, el mismo problema lo tube ayer y con solo bajar los controladores de Wareles que te aparecen en la lista e instalarlos, inmediatamente se conecto

Sir, :(
i did all your steps now on exact very slow to not miss a step in details, except the part with original configuration it doesn't show the drivers names it just show part numbers, so i downloaded the driver which is compatible with my network adapter in device manager
hopefully after all this i will finally find wifi sign that i miss to see :) but still i can't
is there anyway that you can go through my laptop thru Team Viewer and fix it ? plz ,,, if no i appreciate you help in all ways :)
thx

medo911,
I do not see Windows 7 32-bit drivers for any adapters for this system except the Dell Wireless 1701 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v3.0+HS Driver
Go to device manager, and find the devices with yellow exclamation marks. Click on details, hardware IDs and post the hardware ID's back here. Maybe we can find Windows 7 32-bit drivers

Where did you download the driver from? I have tried from a bunch of sites that come up when I search but they keep just downloading 'driver updater' programs.
My Atheros drivers got uninstalled from my XPS15 and now wifi doesn't work. I reinstalled the drivers that came with it but that hasn't helped so I'm hoping your instructions will
