Hello,

Which version of Windows are you running in that system?   That will help us to make suggestions on what to do to reset your wireless connections and find that hotspot.

First thing that came to mind is to try rolling back your wireless driver and see if that helps you find the hot spot.  Assuming you're running Windows 8 here is a link from Microsoft that will show you how to do that rollback.

If that doesn't help you might want to try some of the suggestions in our Dell Networking & Wireless Support Center to see if that helps you out.

Please give us a bit more information about your system, which version or operating system you're running, and what type of hot spot you're trying to connect to, and we'll see if there are any other suggestions we can offer to help you.

Hi,

Sorry, I thought when I first read this you were referring to a wireless hotspot no longer showing up in your available connections.  If you were referring to the Dell Hotspot Station, that software was only available on factory images.  That application isn't available to download due to limitations by the software vendor.  So you wouldn't find it on or with any of the updated drivers.

Hi,

Unfortunately, as I found out and posted in my 2nd comment, that software can't be downloaded and installed.  There is no option to do that.  From what I understand, since i've never used that software, everything it did can be duplicated in Windows 8.1.

eswar sai,

I see ONLY Windows 7 Drivers for your system that contain HotSpot Station

HotSpot Station is not needed. Try reading...

Set up a shared Internet connection using ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) - Microsoft Windows Help
