Dell AC 411 Bluetooth Speaker Install
Good day. My tablet running Windows 8 is not detecting my new AC 411 Bluetooth speakers. Would appreciate any help please.

Hi Nicholas,
I have had a Dell 870 computer with AC 411 since 12-23-13.
I have spent many, many hours with Dell support, and they sent me me 2 more AC 411 speakers.
In fact, until a few moments ago I had lost the ability to pair; it has paired and worked for several
days and then I lost it and could not pair until I just read your email.
Could you share how you discovered to hold down button for 40150 seconds, and it works?

Few Bluetooth devices have to be pressed for 30-40 seconds for it to get into sync mode.
I figured this out while trying to set it up for a customer.

Hi
Would suggest you to try pressing the Bluetooth Button for 40-50 seconds then try to add a device it should worked.
worked for me.
