dell 3521, i7, 32 bit - unable to download wifi and bluetooth

hi pls. resolve

my network controller id

dreamvikki,

The network controller is the network card and not the wifi/Bluetooth card. You will need to click the link below to download the driver Realtek RTL8105E-V Ethernet Controller Driver. To turn the wireless/blutooth on follow the steps below.

How to configure WiFi?

  1. Launch the Charms and select Settings
  2. Select the Network  icon
  3. A list of available networks is displayed.
  4. Select your network and click Connect.  
  5. Type the network security key if prompted.

How to turn on or turn off WiFi/Bluetooth?

A NOTE indicates important information that helps you make better use of your computer. NOTE: There is no physical switch to enable/disable wireless. It has to be done through PC settings.
  1. Launch Settings Charm and select Change PC settings.
  2. Select Wireless from the left pane.
  3. Under the Wireless devices option, move theWiFi/ Bluetooth slider to turn it off. Move the slider again to turn it on.

dear Jesse, 

thanks for your reply, 

1. Realtek RTL8105E-V Ethernet Controller Driver - already being installed and working perfect with ethernet wire - and I can access internet (wired)

1.(a) wifi switch via fn-f2 - working perfect -  ( but unable to connect even after putting password for network security - all is fine and I can easily connect wifi network on other laptop)

2. in device manager - ( dw1520 wireless-N wlan half - mini card ( driver is got downloaded by default as machine dell 3521 got scanned by driver pack solution 14.5

3. problem persist - while connecting the wifi - network and no sign of bluetooth anywhere on my laptop, pls. resolve.
