Switch 1548 seems to be frozen
Greetings, I have a strange problem with a 1548 switch. At first glance it appears to be working, lights flashing, console access, ping response.
But it doesn't allow internet access. Then, when I took out some cables, the lights keep on, as if still connected. And when I turned it off and on again, the same connection lights, without cable, come back on too.
Any info or ideas about this issue?

Is this an N-series switch?
Has this worked before or it this a new install?
If you could post a picture of what you are seeing it could help.
Try a power drain; shut down, remove all power for two minutes, reconnect and check results.

Hello Charles,
Sorry for the lack of information, I'm still new on the job. It is a N series, previously working as intended. I believe the problem was caused by a power shortage.
The power drain method worked very well, and I'm deeply thankful for your help!
