PowerEdge C6220 not detect PCIe 10g 2p x520
Hi Team,
I present a problema with PCIe Slots. It was working OK.. But now it is not recognizing Any Card.
I Try with others PCIe of Fiber that working fine in others servers nodes but not have response.
I use the pcie Fiber in other server.. And working fine.. So the Slot is not working.. Why??

Now, I Updating the bios 2.3.4 to 2.5.7.. And it is not help me..
I Try with diagnostic tool but it is full log..
No Events found!

Hello @Bcwilliam,
This seems a hardware error in the motherboard. Make sure all firmwares are up to date. If problem persist, you may need to replace hardware.

Hello Diego,
good afternoon, I have been checking and I see that the server is not the problem. I was changing position and they work. In the event logs I get a battery error for 12V. Now I have come to think that it is some card that controls the server.
in this case node 2 and node 4 are both controlled with that same card.. but only node 2 has the problem.
do you know how I can identify the error there?

Hello Bcwilliam,
Have you checked the slot for any connector damage?
Also see if you have the BMC updated:

You mention this was working.
What was done between it working and now it is not recognizing Any Card?
Does the issue follow the midplane card or stay with the slot?
