Dell n3024

I don't know if someone could help on this but today after I powered up my n3024 switch it did light up all its LEDs but then stayed the same and the switch won't function. It looks like not getting through startup just lit up like an Xmas tree.

Removed both PSU, card and cabling and restarted it several times, press reset but no luck only the green lights.

Any advice?

Hello @UsageUk,

It seems a hardware error to me. I saw this similar error on the past and the solution was a hardware replacement.

Please, consider contacting Dell phone support and send them the logs so they can check it.

Regards.

UsageUk,

Are you able to connect via a HyperTerminal connection, in order to reset the switch. as outlined here.?

Let me know.

Connected Support and they are sending a replacement unit due to hardware failure.
