Updating to 19.2

Hi there, 

I've seen in https://www.dellemc.com/en-us/collaterals/unauth/technical-guides-support-information/2019/11/docu96480.pdf that if you upgrade to 19.2 from 9.x there are some potential issues with the jobsdb though I'm not entirely folllowing what these are. 

Can anyone translate what the resulting issues could be?
