Networker 9.1 - BootStrap backup "level-schedule-retention" recomendations.
Hello everybody,
I wonder if there are recommendations about what would be the best combination of:
- level (only full or full plus incremental?)
- schedule (everyday or every hour)
- retention
for bootstrap backup?

A daily backup for the bootstrap is enough. An hourly schedule might not even be possible.
I recommend to run fulls only.
Retention depends on your rules you have to follow. Keep in mind that bootstraps are kind of db backups - so become pretty fast obsolete. I would not keep them longer than one month.
