The support inform me to use the version 8.2.3.1 with disable Client Direct option. And now it's work.

Hi Olivier,
You can try the following:
1. Exclude NetWorker binaries from McAfee realtime scan list
2. Use Block Based Backup (if the backup target is disk based) in conjunction with Client direct.

Before you should look for other backup methods, you should first make soure that the source filesystem does not cause problems.
Can you repeat the error? - If so does it always happen at the same file?
If so I expect a problem at the source filesystem.
The amount of data will need its time, of course. However, it should not cause an issue.
The number of files is not extremely high.
