How can I manually delete a device in order to remove a storage node?

Good day,

We are running Networker version 8.1 Build 162

A few days ago one of our servers died and had to be replaced. From the web admin console, Networker reports the storage node originally configured as "not ready" and I'm unable to unmount the tape from the device in order to delete it. Since we are using the same IP address on the replacement server I am also unable to add the new storage node even though the host name is different.

Is there a way to remove devices via NSRadmin commands? I'm not very familiar with NSRAdmin therefor I am hoping someone can walk me through the commands step by step if this is possible.

Please let me know if you need anymore information of clarifications.
