U3423WE, firmware M2B103 will not complete
Each time I try to update the monitor SW is gets stuck at about 30%, the 'Updating...' graphic is still changing from 'Updating.' to 'Updating..' to 'Updating...' so it seems that the update process is not frozen, but the progress bar next moves any further, even after 30 mins and more of waiting.
Current SW is M2B101, target SW is M2B103
Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this ?

Simple rookie mistake, I performed a Factory Reset of the monitor, then I tried the SW update process once again and it completed with no issues.
Problem solved
