U2421E, USB-C drivers for Linux?

Hi, I am looking for Linux drivers that enable the USB-C Dell U2421E monitor display.  Please let me know if you have any info regarding this. We have a custom board that runs linux. It has a USB-C port, using which we would like the monitor to display.
