U2415b, stopped working, flickers, goes black, all cables tested fine

Question

Removed DP cable from monitor.
Unplugged the power cable
Held down power button for 30 sec.
Plugged power cable back in.
Saw Dell logo.
Self Test started.
Lasted for 10 sec(ish) then screen went black
LED is solid.
OSD buttons do nothing.
Power off, then on again.
Self test starts.
Again, Lasted for 10 sec(ish) then screen went black
Again, LED is solid.
Again, OSD buttons do nothing.

Part of dual monitor set-up. Connected separately to Nvidia GTX 4060 DP via DP to DP cable. Both monitors are the same in every way but one stopped working.

If there a fix for this?

The only troubleshooting left is to move that U2415 to another computer in a single external monitor setup. If same issue, time to replace it.

@DELL-ChrisM2​ would a laptop with HDMI out be fine or would it need to be a dedicated PC?

I should have explained. The term Computer could be any Laptop or Desktop.

So any Laptop or Desktop computer with HDMI port or DisplayPort would work for testing the HDMI port or DisplayPort on the U2415.
