C1422H, no USB-C signal from your device
Hello! I am having troubles getting this external Dell monitor to work with my Dell laptop. I have tried both USB-C ports on the laptop, both on the monitor, all possible combinations. I have tried all USB-C to C cables I have (at least 5). None of this works. The monitor display says "no type-c signal". What shall I do to make it work?

To receive assistance from Dell chat Technical support, they need to first verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private C1422H Service Tag and Dell Laptop Service Tag.
You need to tell our users out here what specific Dell Laptop model and operating system.
You should only be testing using the supplied C1422H 1m/3.2ft USB-C to C cable.
