I have already found the solution and I want to share everyone. at least it work for me.
1. get the latest driver from dell; run and extract it somewhere e.g c:\dell\audio
2. disable the internet to prevent windows automatically installing driver
3. uninstall the software driver; control > program and feature > uninstall realtek driver but don't restart
4. go to device manager; go to sound, video and game controller > uninstall realtek audio
5. in device manager, uninstall microphone array and uninstall speaker
6. go to where you extract the driver e.g. c:\dell\audio, run installer and restart computer after it finish
after computer finish reboot, maxxaudio feature should work properly. then you can enable the internet connection

Hi oatlife,Thanks for posting.
The Maxxaudio is included in the audio driver. There is no separate upgrade path that I know of, so if updating your Realtek audio driver does not install a newer version of Maxxaudio I don't think there is another way to get it.
