Inspiron 5559 upgrade to touch screen?
I have a dell Inspiron i5 5559 laptop and I need to upgrade my normal lcd screen into touch screen. Is it possible?

While it's possible, you will need to replace the entire top half of the system - not just the screen.

(also note that if the system is under warranty, the upgrade will void that warranty if it's a consideration).

Sure. Go to support.dell.com, select that system model, and go to Manuals > Service Manual (PDF). That has instructions for how to remove and replace the display, so then you'd just of course need to buy the correct display for your system that meets your needs, which you can probably do on eBay or even through Dell Spare Parts.
