Error updating bios on Inspiron 15 3558
I'm attempting to update my bios while troubleshooting a 'plugged in, not charging' condition. I went through the support pages, entered the service tag, and it recognized the computer as an Inspiron 3558.
It listed one bios driver, which I downloaded, but when I run the exe it gives me this message:
Cannot update a Inspiron 5559 with a BIOS for Latitude E6530
Confusing. Anyone have ideas?

Check your system setup page (F2 at powerup). If you have a 5559, the BIOS file is here:
www.dell.com/.../drivers

Thank you thank you. I had been in the setup page, but it never occurred to me that it might say something other than 3558.
Didn't fix my power issue, but I was able up update the bios.
