E6530 Sata II or Sata III connector

In regards to previous askers I also need to know what SSD can I connect to my E6530.

The Dell official specs sheet does not show any SATA III support?

Therefore let me ask again. Does Dell E6530 support SATA III (6.0 Gb/s) or only SATA II (3.0 Gb/s)?
