Dell G15 5530 - Ubuntu 22.04 LTS random crash

I write my story with G15 5530.

I have installed Ubuntu 24.04 for testing, but the laptop is randomly freezing. I was not able to identify the issue, sometimes crashed when plugged the charger, sometimes not waken up from suspend mode, sometimes freezed, when connecting a HDMI cable.

I have installed Ubuntu 22.04 LTS as a certified op.system and everything worked smoothly.

When Canonical released an upgrade in August, all symptoms came again, which I have realized with 24.04.

Finally found the reason: The upgrade included a new kernel with version 6.8.0-40. Checked back, and the Ubuntu 24.04 released with 6.8 kernel. After my Ubuntu 22.04 downgraded to 6.5 kernel, the system works again.

Conclusion the Canonical version of kernel 6.8 has a code which is incompatible with a Dell hardware and cause random freeze. I'm not able to find which code or hardware cause the issue.
