Unable to transfer some files or folders from main drive to SDXC slot card

I can't tell why this is happening. It's on Windows 11 Pro, I have a Latitude 3520 with a 200GB SDXC card installed (NTFS formatted). I've been able to copy over most things, but randomly, like right now, certain folders or files just won't copy or move (cut-paste). There's no indication of an error. It just doesn't happen. I don't know how to even see why. The folders and files I'm trying to copy are from the Windows user Documents folder. It doesn't matter where I try to paste or drag to on the SD card.

I discovered the problem happens with file names that are very long, like with PDFs saved from Chrome (like with X ie Twitter posts). The only way I could get around this is to open 7zip then send the file to a compressed file, then change the name from within that, then copy it back out. The file won't even open in its app, Adobe Reader says the file does not exist. It's ridiculous. I can't even change the name using any command-line tool like Windows Terminal or PowerShell or Cmd, they only will show the file with their directory listing commands, but nothing can be done with them through there.

This looks like a Windows 11 bug.
